X-Lite Duty Belt Specs

Material: Heavy duty TPU X-Lite material, which is made in the USA.
Buckle: 2" Austrialpin Cobra Buckle or Duraflex Cop-Lok Buckle
Patented X Belts Design: Heavy duty elastic material covered in 1000d Cordura material near the buckle creates ergonomic flexibility. The X Belt stretch design provides you with long-lasting ergonomic comfort without sacrificing durability.
The X-Lite Duty Belt weighs an average of 10 ounces with the buckle. This X-Lite Duty Belt is capable of holding all your gear while keeping you comfortable. Rigid belts loaded with duty gear have been shown to cause back and hip pain for police officers. The flex near the buckle of this belt lets it move with you while reliably carrying your gear.
Inner Belt Compatible
Designed to work with the X Under Belt Velcro system.
There is Velcro hook material on the inside of every X Duty Belt to attach to Velcro loop material on the X Under Belt

Internal Molle System
We have designed a new internal molle option that allows the user to run Guardian Warrior Solutions Adapt 1 Short, Adapt 2 Short, or Molle-Lok through the hook Velcro on the inside of the duty belt. This option keeps the outside of the duty belt looking like a traditional duty belt, eliminates the pouches from sliding around and keeps 100% of the hook Velcro material exposed which allows 100% adhesion with the X Under Belt loop Velcro material.
TPU X-Lite Material
Our X-Lite material is custom made in the USA of thermoplastic polyurethane. TPU is stronger than full grain leather or nylon and creates a smooth antimicrobial finish. A hard leather belt can create the same issues as other duty belts in hip and back pain due to its rigidity. X Belts keep law enforcement officers comfortable and injury-free.

Duty Belt Sizing:
It is best to use a tape measure to measure your waist with your clothing or uniform on by running the tape measure through your belt loops. Typically, you will be 2-3 inches bigger than your pants size. If you do not have a tape measure, add 2-3 inches to your pant size. For example, if you wear size 34" pants, you would order a 36-37" belt. If you are between sizes, size up. DO NOT ORDER BASED ON YOUR PANTS SIZE
